About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed, and people-savvy Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences across the UK and US – from curated roundtables and executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences. You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure our events drive meaningful engagement with enterprise prospects and customers.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys taking ownership, and can bring both precision and creativity to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, coordinate and execute high-quality events across the UK and US markets

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer success) and external partners to define event goals, formats and audiences

  • Own event logistics end-to-end – from venue sourcing and AV requirements to branded materials and catering

  • Manage on-the-ground execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reflects the brand at every touchpoint

  • Work with marketing and design to create pre- and post-event communications, signage and promotional materials

  • Track and report on event performance, including attendee engagement, pipeline generation and ROI

  • Maintain relationships with event vendors, suppliers and venues

  • Flex working hours to support US-based events and teams (with time off in lieu)

  • Travel regularly to support on-site execution (up to 25–30%)

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B event coordination (ideally SaaS or tech industry)

  • Comfortable with international travel and adjusted working hours

  • High attention to detail – nothing gets past you

  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills

  • Cool under pressure and able to solve problems on the fly

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and able to represent the brand with polish and energy

  • A self-starter who thrives on ownership and autonomy

Benefits

  • Stock options

  • Enhanced parental leave

  • Private health insurance

  • Choice of laptop

  • Flexi-working

  • £2000 work from anywhere budget

  • Company off-sites

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
