- Support & Assist Director in day-to-day work and cover in absence.
- Support in maintaining key relationships both internal (global) and external (talent, financiers, agents, etc)
- Major stakeholder in the development and migration to new systems.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of all participation obligations to talent, financiers and licensors.
- Support decision making for contract negotiations and production green lighting / financial modelling.
- Work with & support internal audit team to research 3rd party audit queries
- Responsible for ensuring compliant processing controls and procedures.
- Create various "what if" analysis to support sales, finance, legal and in business decision support.
- Collaborate and work with participation reporting teams in London and LA.
Qualifications

- Significant experience of participation reporting and financial management experience in the film/video industry and allied sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in team management with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management as well as agents and artists.
- A logical thinker with excellent system and process skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience of participation reporting platforms.
- Resourceful and self-reliant but also able to work collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
