We’re looking for an Domain Architect to lead the technology direction across our Central domain, covering Finance, HR, Property and other core business areas. 

This role plays a key part in shaping architecture strategy, defining target states and guiding investment decisions across a complex landscape. 

 

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering and the wider business to simplify, modernise and deliver long-term value. 

 

We’re looking for someone who combines strong enterprise architecture experience with the ability to influence at senior level and translate strategy into clear outcomes.

What you’ll do

 

  • Define and evolve architecture strategy, target state and domain roadmaps aligned to business priorities
  • Set direction on multi-year architecture plans and technology blueprints, driving simplification and efficiency
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements and platform strategies
  • Lead architecture governance and guide decision-making across Product, Engineering and business teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to domain leadership, shaping technology direction and enabling delivery

 

Who you are

 

  • Strong experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations
  • Proven track record delivering technology transformation and modernisation at scale
  • Deep understanding of architecture patterns, integration and modern engineering practices
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into clear, actionable plans
