About the Role

We're expanding our Enterprise Sales Team and seeking passionate Enterprise Account Executives across various regions. This is a unique opportunity to join our talent pool, where your application will be considered for multiple regional roles based on language proficiency and location.

Your Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Take charge of your designated region, proactively sourcing and driving new business opportunities. Collaborate with SDRs and leverage marketing resources to build a robust pipeline. Depending on your focus - be it expansion, acquisition, or a hybrid approach - you'll be instrumental in securing multi-year, six to seven-figure enterprise deals and nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Product, to align on strategic deals and maximize customer value.

  • Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process with a consultative approach that highlights the transformative impact of our coaching solutions.

  • Market Engagement: Represent CoachHub at industry events and client meetings (up to 20% travel, depending on location), strengthening our presence and building lasting relationships.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring predictable forecasting and contributing to strategic sales planning.

Your Profile

  • Experience: >6 years in full cycle B2B sales, including >3 years in SaaS enterprise sales, and a proven track record of closing complex, multi-year deals in the six to seven-figure range.

  • Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English and full professional fluency in the primary language of your sales region (e.g., German for DACH, Italian for Italy, Spanish for Mexico, etc.).

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive deals to closure.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments, embracing change and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, contributing positively to team dynamics and company culture.
