Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering role within a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales to drive revenue and solve technical challenges in enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong technical expertise in APIs, Webhooks, SSO, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), and Identity Providers (Okta, LDAP, AD).
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity, Greenhouse).
- Ability to diagram complex solutions using Visio, Figma, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in complex IT environments and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong time management, project management, and prioritization skills.
Bonus: Experience in HR technology or HCM platforms, and/or a background in software development, scripting, or technical consulting.
