Overall Mission

The Associate Pricing Manager EMEA is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing pricing strategies across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and pricing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing profitability, enhancing pricing processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The Associate Pricing Manager ensures that pricing initiatives are effectively executed and continuously improved. This involves analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to set and adjust pricing structures. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring market competitiveness and revenue growth.

Main Contribution

  • Oversee EMEA pricing projects and tenders, utilizing existing processes while identifying opportunities to enhance pricing models and methodologies.

  • Supervise the creation of pricing dashboards for the Global Pricing Director and CCO, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.

  • Oversee the development of country-specific Google Sheet pricing tools, ensuring consistency and adaptability to each market's needs.

  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Global Pricing Initiative (GPI) in collaboration with the Pricing Director, ensuring alignment with the commercial and pricing strategy.

  • Ensure pricing data integrity and coherence across all internal tools, files, and reports, enhancing decision-making capabilities.

  • Lead efforts in building a global pricing database, providing structured benchmarks and profitability insights.

  • Collaborate with Pricing Managers in each geography to understand their needs and develop systems that support them effectively.

  • Drive strategic pricing projects and internal audits, ensuring continuous improvement in pricing governance.

  • Provide pricing support on day-to-day requests from strategic accounts, contributing to revenue growth.

  • Support the team in creating and updating dashboards and reports to enhance visibility on pricing performance.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area

  • 3+ years sales experience in logistics/healthcare field

  • Experience with Bio pharma, Life Science, Diagnostic Labs or related business

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in pricing analysis and financial modeling.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and pricing software.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of international business dynamics and corporate structures

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suit

  • Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, margin optimization, and revenue management.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

  • High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic market conditions.

  • Leadership skills to drive pricing initiatives and influence business decisions.
