Job Description

Purpose of the Role

You will support a varied portfolio of alternative investment funds by delivering depositary services across cash monitoring, asset verification, and oversight. You'll help ensure funds remain compliant with AIFMD requirements while providing a high standard of service to clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain fund and client governing documentation.
  • Perform daily cash monitoring across client bank accounts.
  • Verify and maintain records of financial and non-financial assets.
  • Conduct oversight reviews to ensure funds operate in line with regulatory requirements and investment guidelines.
  • Review subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual compliance and oversight reports.
  • Support the team with additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

    • Previous experience in financial services, fund administration, depositary services, compliance, or a related environment is desirable.

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex documents and financial information.

    • An interest in investment funds and working within a regulated industry.
