Delivery Analyst, GMA - Chinese Speaker

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main tasks in this role will be:

• Ensure that customers' products are exported and marketed around the world, managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, Certification Bodies and governmental organizations;
• Communicate with clients to address technical matters, provide project cost estimates, negotiate delivery timelines and coordinate sample requirements;
• Support clients by resolving concerns and offering guidance on product certification and follow-up services;
• Ensure timely projects completion, implementing continuous improvement mindset across all certification schemes;
• Develop intuitive tools to ensure efficient access to accurate documentation list and define process paths.
• Combine a deep understanding of customer's needs and specific requests with the requirements of different program's to determine the right process path.
• Act as main point of contact for resolving local market issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Preferred 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Conformity Assessment or Product Certification Program;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Strong Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative ideas;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
• Skilled in navigating complex international rules and regulations;
• Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and meeting clients needs and expectations;
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to address urgent priorities with efficiency.
