  • Trusted Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the international sales team, working directly with reps to structure fast-moving deals that best meet customer and Wiz needs.
  • Systems & Operations: Manage price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce. Help own and maintain the approval matrix, approval automation, and deal desk playbook.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Finance, Product, Legal, and Enablement on changes in processes, policies, and best practices, and execute on rollout and training plans.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and a Sales/Business Operations or Deal Desk function, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Velocity Mindset: Proven ability to process a high volume of transactions with speed, accuracy, and integrity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Location & Rights: Based in London with full legal working rights without requiring sponsorship.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, alongside high proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office products.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer, and explain information concisely, paired with a keen attention to detail.
  • Business Acumen: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
