Main Purpose
At Indeed Flex we are here to disrupt the staffing industry, through ground breaking technology. Underpinned by a layer of support second to none, we provide our clients the ability to manage their temporary staffing requirements in a single and coordinated way.This team is responsible for monitoring fulfillment in a day to day operations capacity and client support. This role involves managing and resolving queries, troubleshooting advanced problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Primary role is supporting clients with enquiries via email and phone and serving as go to for operational support for clients, agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert-level support on products/services, troubleshooting advanced technical or service-related issues.
- Work cross-functionally with other internal departments..
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the systems we use (SalesForce, G-Suite, Tableau, Zoom, Slack, etc).
- Be a part of implementing changes in process design and delivery within the Marketplace Operations team.
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Indeed Flex platform and the benefits it offers clients and agency partners.
- Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks within the Marketplace Operations team.
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks across the business as required.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-Time Position. Temporary through December 30th, 2025. This role will operate on a rotational basis with 7 days a week cover, shifts between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm. This is an in-office position, with the option to work from home on Thursdays. Early, late, or weekend shifts can also be worked from home.
- Experience working in administration and/or high-volume customer service and operations environments.
- Proactive and tech-savvy problem solver.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technology skills, including Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite incl. Google Sheets & Slides. Must be capable of learning new roles and systems quickly.
- Strong organisational skills, prioritisation, attention to detail, and time management.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Ability to be adaptable and open to change.
- Experience working in customer contact centres is advantageous.
- £28000 salary per annum (pro-rata)
