We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage order modifications and allocate available stock to customer orders, ensuring service and fill rate targets are met, even when stock is constrained.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mix
  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment
  • Use tools and processes like availability checks and stock allocation rules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and to minimize write-offs


What you will bring
A passion for driving your career forward with the following skills and experience:

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High-level SAP competence.
  • Experience in an FMCG/CPG environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within customer service, logistics, or sales.
  • Background in an order-to-cash environment.
  • Knowledge of the full supply chain/order-to-cash process.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
