We are now looking for a CRM Manager (Martech & Enablement) to support the Guardian’s Supporter Growth strategy, with a focus on developing our Martech stack.

About the Role

  • You will empower the Supporter Growth team to be more efficient in their use of marketing tools and platforms, in order to drive results. This will involve:
  • Scaling quality audience data
  • Leveraging audience data to inform business decisions and enhance personalisation
  • Supporting the delivery of impactful end-to-end multi-channel experiences
  • Maintaining business processes and providing training and support

About You

  • Proven experience in marketing, data and/or CRM
  • Experience using campaign management tools (Braze preferred)
  • Experience in audience management (Customer Data Platform experience a benefit)

You'll have six weeks of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age). We believe in giving back, which is why employees are given 2 volunteering days annually and the option of payroll giving. Season ticket loans are also available.
