Job Description

As part of the Global Sales Operations team, this role will work closely with Sales and Marketing functions, Finance and Customer Success organization, and will have direct contact with our Customers and Partners.

He/She will develop and maintain positive relationships, and coordinate with internal functions and Customers to ensure Credit Management & Cash collections inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. He/She will build and drive best of Breed Credit and Collection operations.

Madrid Office based, the role is expected in the office minimum 3 days a week, and will have a global coverage (Europe, US, Middle East, APAC).

Your responsibilities:

  • Review Credit applications and Define Credit line to Partners and direct Customers.
  • Review Partner’s contracts and secure proper System and Process On-Boarding.
  • Release or Block Orders falling beyond agreed Credit line.
  • Manage cash collection process.
  • Drive cash forecast, ageing review, KPI reporting.
  • Perform cash application (ERP system - Netsuite).
  • Manage Invoices dispute with Partners/Customer.
  • Act as a liaison with various departments throughout the company and be a trusted advisor to internal/external parties.
  • Identify the root cause of customer (internal & external) issues and takes action to prevent future contacts.
  • Resolve customer (internal&external) inquiries using a variety of tools and web applications.
  • Support the Quality and compliance team with data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Management and Cash Collection.
  • Excel advanced knowledge
  • Software Business experience is a significant plus.
  • Salesforce.com / Netsuite experiences is significant plus.
  • Fluent English and French are mandatory.
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office a must.
  • Very good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Sense of ownership, Result driven.
  • Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset will be key differentiator in candidate selection.
  • Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
  • Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
