About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Contract and Project Coordinator to join our team in Burgess Hill. In this role, you will support our contracts and projects supporting training and simulation including pilot training in flight simulators across the UK, Nordics and Middle East region. This is an exciting and varied role with a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged every day.
This hybrid role requires at least 3 days per week in our Burgess Hill office.
What You'll Do

Schedule and manage all Customer and Operational Services team governance calendar events, including management reviews, financial, and risk reviews in conjunction with the Programme Management Office team.

Record and distribute actions and minutes from governance meetings, ensuring progress is tracked.

Support the production of internal and external review submissions.

Collaborate with contract managers and site leads to provide essential data for governance reviews.

Assist in resource management profiling plans.

Generate purchasing requests and track orders to support the purchasing process.

Help generate invoices and payment receipts.

Prepare contract and project spending profiles for managers.

Implement Customer Change Orders.

Complete project initiation and closure tasks.

Support the generation of price letters.

Work independently under the supervision of the Head of Program Management and PMO Lead.
What You'll Bring

Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience in contract and project administration and financials.

Knowledge of the contract and project life cycle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to learn corporate software tools such as Oracle R12, Planisware, PowerBi and Domo

A team player attitude with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

The ability to work on your own initiative and collaborate effectively with others.
