Job Summary:

The IT Projects Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of IT projects within the projects team. This role involves coordinating project resources, timelines, and communication to ensure successful project completion. The IT Projects Coordinator will work closely with project managers, internal sales and account management teams and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
  • Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Help manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and other internal departments.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed, and help find solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Provide organisational & administrative support to project managers and other team members.

Qualifications / Past Experience:

  • Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles are preferred but not essential.
  • No qualifications needed.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
