Job Title: Content Marketing Manager, Middle East, Africa & Turkey 

Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg, or Foreshore, Cape Town, South Africa

Job Description: 

Kantar's Insights Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team that supports the Middle East, Africa & Turkey. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, developing, and managing content that aligns with our business' commercial priorities. This role is crucial in building brand reputation, increasing client engagement, and generating business leads. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Content development: Plan, create, and manage content for Kantar's digital platforms, including websites, social media, thought leadership, local campaigns and email campaigns. 

  • Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement and manage the platforms. 

  • Analytics: Monitor and analyse web and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns. 

  • Brand champion: Act as a brand champion for local and global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual appeal. 

  • Thought leadership: Craft, edit and refine thought leadership articles, cover client events, and contribute to internal communications. 

  • Campaign localisation: Brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas to localise global Kantar campaigns. 

  • Proofreading and editing: Proofread major presentations and communications for consistency and accuracy. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. 

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. 

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
