Reports to: Head of Marketing

Compensation: £26,000–£32,000  Reports to: Head of Marketing

About Us

Founded in 2019, Soar With Us is one of the UK's fastest-growing e-commerce advertising agencies — a team of 30+ A-Players who've generated over £250m in client revenue over the last 12 months, working with brands like TRIP, Cowshed, Heights, IM8, 47 Skin, and Nutrition Geeeks.

Over the past three years we've turned personal brand marketing for our leadership team into a genuine demand-generation channel. We're now bringing that function in-house and looking for someone to own and grow it. You'll lead the personal branding strategy for our C-suite (across Soar With Us and For You Advertising) — driving visibility and demand for the group through written content, photo, video, speaking opportunities, and PR.

What You'll Do
  • Build and run a personal branding strategy for our leadership team across LinkedIn, X/Twitter and YouTube, turning growing followings into business for the agency
  • Source and organise PR activity — interviews, events, speaking opportunities
  • Travel with leadership to events, capturing photo and video content for their channels
  • Schedule, post and monitor content, and use performance data to keep refining what works
  • Stay sharp on e-commerce and paid/retention/CRO trends so you can speak credibly about our work
  • Turn client results into content that shows prospects what we can do for them
  • Support the wider marketing team with written and multimedia content (blogs, web copy, newsletters)

RequirementsWhat You'll Need
  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, personal branding, or PR
  • A genuine understanding of what works on LinkedIn, X and YouTube
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with a writing style you can adapt to different voices
  • High attention to detail and a naturally curious, proactive mindset — more important to us than ticking every technical box
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
  • A real interest in marketing and e-commerce
  • PR knowledge or experience — turning existing contacts and relationships into opportunities — is a strong plus

BenefitsWhy Join
  • 25 days annual leave, plus an extra day each year after 2 years' service
  • Private health and life insurance
  • Company pension scheme
  • One month a year you can work abroad
  • Genuine hybrid flexibility — hybrid in the office, fully remote
  • Direct, hands-on mentoring from senior management
  • A career-defining, start-up-style role with real scope to shape how it grows

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
