The Senior Growth Strategist will lead growth initiatives for e-commerce brands, owning client strategies, diagnosing growth opportunities, and driving performance through data-driven recommendations and collaboration.

Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for DTC e-commerce clients. Monitor performance, scale profitable campaigns, analyse data from Triple Whale, Shopify and GA4, collaborate with creative teams on testing, and communicate insights to clients. Drive ROAS/CAC/MER goals while contributing to reporting, process improvements, and account growth.

Lead paid social strategy and performance for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands across Meta and TikTok. Own account planning, testing roadmaps, performance analysis, and client-facing strategy while mentoring junior team members to improve execution and retention. Drive ROAS, CAC, MER, and scalable growth through data-led optimisation and creative collaboration.
