As a member of our Professional Services team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. Responsibilities
- Lead content design efforts to improve the clarity, accessibility, and usability of the FBR codebase refresh project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user needs, and develop content strategies to support them.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, applications, and documentation.
- Conduct content audits and assessments to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience.
- Ensure content complies with relevant standards and guidelines, including accessibility and SEO best practices.
- Iterate on content based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Advocate for plain language and user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategically shape and lead analysis as part of multi-disciplinary teams operating within programme, portfolio, or scaled agile methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully contributing to the delivery of digital products and projects in the public sector, with familiarity in GDS.
- Select the most effective business modelling techniques to help people understand complex situations, problems, and solutions.
- Comfortable designing and influencing improvements to business structures, processes, and information flows, supported by automation and technology where appropriate.
- Confident and clear communicator, effectively working with strategic stakeholders to establish and deliver goals efficiently.
