Job Description

THE ROLE

You will be an integral part of our Client Services team, supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and professional environment. You will handle a range of administrative responsibilities, manage client deliverables, and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You assist with day-to-day client administration, ensuring timely and accurate completion of investor and auditor requests
  • You coordinate and monitor client deliverables, agreeing timelines and ensuring all tasks stay on track
  • You maintain and update investor records, ensuring all regulatory and contact information is accurate and up to date
  • You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery
  • You identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational risk

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) and a strong academic foundation
  • You ideally have at least one year of administrative experience, preferably within a financial or professional services environment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with digital systems
  • You bring excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
