As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founder/CEO to transform vision into structured execution and measurable impact across the organization.
This is not a ceremonial or purely administrative role. It is a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who can think independently, own outcomes end-to-end, and help establish strong foundations for BJAK’s UK operations while collaborating closely with teams across Southeast Asia.
Why This Role Matters
Serve as the trusted extension of the CEO’s thinking, maximizing strategic focus and leadership effectiveness.
Translate vision into clear priorities (OKRs/KPIs) with rigorous follow-through across leadership teams.
Act as the central hub for communication and alignment within the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Take ownership of cross-functional challenges with a bias for structure, speed, and accountability.
Help scale BJAK UK by building systems, governance rhythm, and organizational momentum.
What You Will Do
Partner with the founder/CEO to define, track, and drive progress on company-wide strategic initiatives.
Prepare high-quality briefings, analysis, and recommendations to support C-level decision making.
Facilitate ELT meetings and off-sites, ensuring clear agendas, documentation, and alignment.
Draft and refine polished communications for internal teams, Board, and investors.
Lead complex, high-priority projects that have no natural departmental owner.
Identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions required to enable cross-regional scale—especially between SEA and UK teams.

What You Bring
5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or previous Chief of Staff role in high-growth companies.
Proven ability managing complex cross-functional projects with minimal direction.
Strong critical thinking and executive-level communication skills.
Experience working directly with founders/C-level on sensitive matters.
Discretion and sound judgment in high-stakes situations.
Bonus: background in fintech or digital platform businesses.
