Verkada is seeking a high-energy Channel Development Representative (CDR) to drive the growth and success with some of our Northern European partners on our EMEA Channel team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Channel Sales Managers to strengthen existing relationships, generate pipeline, and accelerate partner success through enablement, field presence, and creative go-to-market strategies.

What You'll DoVerkada is looking for a high-energy Channel Development Representative to help drive the growth and success of our reseller partners in the Midwest. In this role, you’ll:
- Introduce Verkada’s solutions into new partner accounts and support partner growth and development
- Work closely with partners to get them producing quickly, before handing off to the assigned Channel Sales Manager (CSM)
- Manage partner applications, onboarding, and actively develop newly onboarded target accounts
- Step in as an inside CSM when field coverage is needed
- Build experience and prepare to move into a CSM role over time, with the opportunity to manage a territory when required
- This is a career-launching opportunity to grow within tech sales, gain deep channel experience, and build a path toward a full CSM role in a fast-growing, innovative company
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of SaaS or IT sales experience in a quota and metric driven environment preferred
- Confident presenting product demos and delivering high-level partner training
- Highly organized, able to thrive independently
- Engaging personality with polished verbal and written communication skills
- Scrappy hunter mentality and coachable mindset
- Must be located in the Greater London Area and able to work on-site regularly in our local office as well as 25-50% travel in the field for partner onsite visits, conferences, etc.
