Verkada is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our EMEA team and play a key role in adapting and localising US-based marketing campaigns for the European market. In this role, you will be responsible for executing partner marketing programs across a variety of assets and mediums, from emails and newsletters to webinars and partner case studies. You will collaborate closely with each regional field marketing team to drive campaign launches and establish strong relationships with key European partners. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, product marketing, or partner marketing and has a strong track record of proven partner campaign execution and relationship management.
Responsibilities:- Adapt and localise US-based campaigns, including newsletters, webinars, and partner-specific campaigns for the EMEA region.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns that are repurposable by Field Marketing teams.
- Distribute resources and campaign assets to the EMEA Field Marketing team and channel partners for additional content creation, design, and regional adaptation.
- Develop partner-facing programs across multiple assets/mediums, including emails, newsletters, partner portal pages, decks, blogs, and case studies.
- Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to manage and execute solution launch activities tailored to the partner ecosystem. This includes preparing call scripts, webinar content, partner-facing emails, and updates to channel campaign assets.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key European partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory news to continuously launch timely campaigns.
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, with a preference for backgrounds in campaign management, product marketing or partner marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple business priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in planning and executing both internal and external communication strategies.
- Excellent storytelling skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.
- Ability to define the right KPIs, goals, and benchmarks to drive campaign performance and evaluate success.
- Experience working with channel partner resellers and IT VARs (Value-Added Resellers) or systems integrators is a plus.
