Who you are:


We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can match our passion, drive, and commitment to excellence. What you’ll do: 

 

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll develop new business and take ownership of key enterprise accounts, building and maintaining relationships while driving revenue growth across the UK and EMEA. You’ll collaborate with our technical consultants, project managers, and wider services team to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Acquiring new logos, managing and expanding enterprise accounts, becoming the trusted supplier of choice
  • Owning a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term growth and retention
  • Planning strategic sales activities to optimize your pipeline and hit revenue targets
  • Accurately forecasting business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Developing and executing new business and account growth strategies, identifying new service opportunities
  • Leading strategic sales calls, leveraging internal expertise to drive deals forward
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, and RFP responses with precision and efficiency
  • Delivering account reviews and pipeline updates to senior leadership
  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine sales materials and messaging
  • Keeping a well-structured, up-to-date CRM (because we all know how important that is!)

 

What you'll bring: 

  • Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales with a strong focus on account management and new business development
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in cyber security services or complex technology sales (B2B)
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles and close high-value deals
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience selling to C-level and senior decision-makers in large enterprises
  • Strategic Thinking: Track record of developing and executing account penetration and expansion strategies
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex deal structures and drive successful outcomes
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

We’re looking for someone who’s not just an experienced business development manager, but a driven, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A bias to action, a proactive mindset, and a passion for cyber security will set you apart.


Compensation: £50k-£75k base salary, + ~1x OTE, depending on location, level and background
