We are looking for a Business Analyst to enhance new features on the bank's digital platform. This position will be full-time and hybrid set up.
What You'll Do:
Create and review business requirements and collaborate with applicable stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and consistent customer experience in accordance with standards.
Ensure quality of features through various user acceptance testing (UAT) activities in coordination with Service Quality Assurance (SQA) teams.
Collaborate with other project leads to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Oversee the development of the project and ensure that the project partners are carrying out their tasks efficiently
Drafts new and improved existing project management office policies and processes
What You'll Need:
Proficiency in mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.)
Software development life cycle and/or concept of systems
Project Management methodologies such as Agile Methodology
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in banking products and services
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Adequate training skills
Above average communication skills
Good leadership, supervisory, and decision-making skills
Good analytical skills
Proficiency in oral and written communication
Project management skills
Understand the needs of the end-users, both internal and external clients of the Bank
