What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end technical solutions for integrated applications and systems
- Support technical architecture activities and contribute to end-to-end solution design
- Prepare and document detailed solution design specifications and technical documentation
- Analyze, validate, and clarify business and technical requirements for assigned projects
- Provide technical and financial input for solutions, including effort estimations, constraints, dependencies, and assumptions
- Collaborate with squads to achieve sprint goals, KPIs, and delivery targets
- Maintain Integration Domain product roadmaps and target architecture together with Solution Architects
- Manage collaboration and communication with IT teams and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement within the Integration Domain
- Proactively address challenges and contribute to improving processes and technical solutions
- Support development teams by guiding solution alignment and integration best practices
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Software Development environments
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and development technologies
- Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, SOAP, REST, and Web Services
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, and API Gateway solutions
- Knowledge of messaging and caching technologies including Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, MCP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery-focused ways of working
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge and experience in Telecommunications concepts and services is considered an advantage
