Job Title

Business Analysis Team Lead

The candidate should be an experienced and dynamic Business Analysis Team Lead to supervise a team of analysts based in Mexico for our world-leading payments processing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

        1.      Lead and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

        2.      Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance payments processing efficiency and effectiveness.

        3.      Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, ensure they translate into analytical solutions which are implemented according to requirement.

        4.      Provide actionable insights through clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

        6.      Drive continuous improvement in our processes, tools, and methodologies.

        7.      Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

        8.      Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all analytical processes.

Qualifications:

        1.      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

        2.      Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the payments processing industry with a track record of successful project delivery.

        3.      Strong leadership and team management skills.

        4.      Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

        5.      Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.

        6.      Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

        7.      Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
