MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week: IT Business Analyst

We will count on you to:

• Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough needs analysis by interviewing stakeholders, documenting business processes, and identifying pain points to accurately capture requirements for implementations. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and optimal solutions.

• Needs Assessment: Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Process Design: Model and design efficient workflows, considering best practices and aligning with business objectives. 

• Testing:  Execute user acceptance testing to validate requirements and ensure that development meets specified criteria.

• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, business users, management) to ensure alignment with project goals and address concerns.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: analysts should possess strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex data-related challenges. They need to be able to break down process and find creative solutions using ServiceNow functionality

What you need to have:

• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Interest in pursuing further training in the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent communication skills (C1 English is required).

• Knowledge of Excel, SQL programming
