What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our growing team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Manages the end-to-end bid process from kick off to submission and post bid reviews.
  • Coordinates and develops content for high quality bid responses, ensuring compliance with client specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal teams across solutions, legal, finance, operations, HR and global technology to gather information and input for bids.
  • Writes, edits and proofreads compelling proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Leads bid review with senior management to ensure submissions are aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitors and tracks bid progress, setting and managing timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conducts market and competitor research to strengthen bids and understand client needs.
  • Maintains the bid library, templates and supporting documents for future use.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in the bid process and champion to best practice.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree educated an advantage, preferably in the Arts, Law or Social Sciences.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferred experience with bid management software and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record in managing successful bids and proposals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of seniority.
  • Personal qualities include diligence, an eye for detail, strong organisational skills, deadline driven and motivated to work autonomously.
  • APMP Foundation Level Certification preferred.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive and professional writing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
