  • Use AI and other tools to help enhance content quality and streamline processes.

  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality submissions.

Your Skills and Experience Might Include

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, customer support, project support or similar business support role.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.

  • Experience using CRM, project management or workflow tools would be advantageous.

  • An interest in technology, software, HR technology or working in a business-to-business environment.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
