Für das Ausbildungsjahr 2026 suchen wir für unseren Standort in Soest einen Auszubildenden zum Produktionstechnologen (m/w/d). Die Ausbildung startet zum 01.09.2026.
Das erwartet dich:
Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen, Durchlaufzeiten und Produktionskennzahlen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte, Maschinen und Fertigungsverfahren
Kennenlernen unterschiedlicher Fertigungstechnologien (z. B. Montage, Umformung, Bearbeitung)
Einsatz moderner IT‑Systeme und Auswertungssoftware zur Produktionsüberwachung
Das bringst du mit:
Einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss, (Fach-)Abitur oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, Maschinen und Werkstoffen
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
