As member of the Associate Solution Architecture team in Optasia, your primary objective is to work closely with senior solution architects, clients, product management and software development teams and be able to apply your high level of business knowledge, technical knowledge and communication skills.
What you will do
- Transform business requirements into technology solutions delivered on top of Optasia’s in-house platform
- Interact with clients’ various stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Produce technical artifacts such as use cases, flow diagrams, requirements and solution documents for client teams
- Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders, such as engineering, quality assurance, product management, business and operations, to deliver new solutions
- Evaluate and prototype APIs for third-party integrations
What you will bring
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a directly related role such as solutions architect or business analyst
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
- Prior hands-on software development experience (preferably, backend development using Java, databases and integration with third-party services)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in multiple time zones
- Hands-on knowledge of web services, SQL and networking
- Familiarity with telecom Online Charging Systems and/or banking systems is a great plus
- Experience in product-oriented projects and release management processes
- Experience in software development processes and issue tracking systems
- Willingness to travel occasionally in the post - Covid world
