In this role, you’ll support the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns that generate buzz, spark engagement, and strengthen how customers perceive our style, quality, and value.

Working collaboratively across the business, you’ll help turn strategic priorities into compelling creative activity that cuts through, captures attention, and makes people stop and take notice. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most iconic retail brands and contribute to campaigns seen and loved by millions. As part of our Campaigns team, you’ll support the delivery of brand‑building campaigns and seasonal activations, working closely with our creative agency and wider marketing teams to bring bold, integrated brand moments to life.

Your skills and experience will include

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
