What you'll do

We’re looking for an Instore Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting the development and delivery of our seasonal in‑store marketing strategy within the business unit. Working hands‑on, you’ll translate strategic Marketing direction into clear, commercial and customer‑focused in‑store execution, owning product presentation standards, range segmentation and kit usage. Acting as the BU expert for product and space, you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver confident, inspiring and on‑brand marketing that enhances the customer journey and drives commercial performance.

  • Responsible for all in-store seasonal shoots (SS/AW) including managing POS nominations from all business units.
  • Works closely with appropriate stakeholders in marketing and the business units to ensure instore POS deliver against Fashion, Home & Beauty commercial objectives across all channels. Ensuring adherence to brand positioning guidelines across all channels.  
  • Work closely with the VM team to develop joined up customer experiences in-store, with a focus on ensuring in-store décor and VM work seamlessly together across all stores including New Stores and Renewal Stores
  • Work closely with other Marketing Teams to ensure their campaigns and activations are brought to life in store
  • Responsible for the delivery of all in-store décor doc and online ordering and making sure POS template packs are correct and fit for purpose  
  • Demonstrates strategic and commercial  approach whilst working through all instore refreshes and changes, demonstrating the ability to understand and deliver against key business strategies and priorities.  
  • Proven experience with budget management
  • Manage the output of the marketing executives to ensure all key milestones are    met. Putting in place processes and ways of working to achieve this.  

Who you are

  • Previous Instore Marketing experience ideally within retail / fashion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships across teams and engage effectively with external agency partners  
  • You are a self-starter who takes initiative and gets things moving – you spot what needs doing without being asked, and bring energy and ownership to everything you work on  
  • You are naturally creative and curious – you look for fresh angles, bring innovative thinking to briefs, and have an instinct for what will resonate with customers  
  • You have a genuine curiosity about consumers, culture, and the media landscape – you stay on the pulse of trends and use insight to shape more impactful, relevant work
