Build strong relationships with Regional Leads, MLROs, and senior stakeholders to drive consistent application of AFC policies and standards.
Coordinate cross-functional and regional contributions, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining delivery momentum.
Support regulatory examinations, audit activity, and remediation programmes, ensuring actions are effectively implemented and embedded.
Leverage management information, quality assurance results, and thematic analysis to identify trends, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement.
Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across regions to support a globally consistent AFC framework.
