Acts as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession, culture, employee relations, reward and performance initiatives with business objectives. Leads people-related change and transformation, provides workforce insights, manages people risk, coaches leaders, supports resourcing strategies and partners with HR specialist teams. The role is based in Belfast and is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Lead DevOps modernization across global platforms by designing adoption strategies, engineering CI/CD automation, integrating testing, improving observability and production resiliency, and supporting cloud and on-premises application teams. The role provides hands-on technical leadership, drives containerization and serverless adoption, engages vendors, and promotes measurable productivity and delivery improvements through DevOps, SRE, Agile, and Lean practices.

Build and maintain full-stack services for TP ICAP’s AWS-based Fusion Platform. Own software design, development, testing, deployment, and production support across low-latency, event-driven systems. Drive engineering improvements, architectural discussions, refactoring, estimation, and delivery within an Agile team. Develop reusable microservices using TypeScript and AWS technologies, maintain high code quality through automated testing, and mentor junior engineers. Occasional out-of-hours support may be required for production incidents.

Perform level-one review of trade/order and communications surveillance alerts, escalate issues, recommend alert tuning, assist with post-trade monitoring, regulatory responses, ad hoc investigations, and maintain compliance controls and product knowledge.

Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time, maintain employee payroll records, manage payroll queries, coordinate with HR, complete reconciliations and reporting, and support payroll integration projects through data cleansing, parallel runs, validation, and problem solving.

Build and maintain scalable surveillance data pipelines for trade, communications, market, reference, and alert data. Implement data quality checks, reconciliation, monitoring, governance, lineage, auditability, retention, and recovery strategies. Develop AWS infrastructure with Terraform or CDK, write automated tests, investigate data anomalies, and collaborate with engineering, compliance, surveillance, and infrastructure stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.

Perform BAU client onboarding tasks including KYC/AML and due diligence checks for low-to-high risk clients, monitor negative media, use screening tools, manage group mailbox queries, escalate AML issues, and build relationships with internal stakeholders and brokers to reduce onboarding times.

Supports client onboarding and lifecycle processes for low-, medium-, and high-risk clients. Performs KYC, AML, due diligence, client screening, and negative media investigations, escalating risks to compliance. Manages team mailboxes, responds to queries, coordinates case allocation, and collaborates with Operations, Front Office, and Anti-Financial Crime teams. Helps improve onboarding turnaround times and provides process enhancement feedback in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Design, develop, test and deploy back-end services and APIs (.NET C#) for a cloud-native distributed platform. Implement IaC with AWS CDK, collaborate in Agile teams, ensure quality via unit/automated testing, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and drive platform modernisation.

Lead QA within an Agile team, driving BDD/TDD and API-first automation. Design and maintain scalable automated and performance tests, integrate automation into CI/CD, leverage AI tools to optimise test workflows, mentor teammates, identify risks, and ensure deployable software each sprint.

Lead technology category sourcing and strategy for a 12-month fixed term: develop category plans, run end-to-end sourcing and competitive tenders, negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier relationships and third-party risk, maintain contract metadata, support procurement transformation and governance, and provide stakeholder and commercial insights to deliver cost, performance and risk improvements.

Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for complex order and deal management systems, create user stories and roadmaps, support SDLC and agile planning, liaise between business and technology, identify risks and process improvements, and support delivery and estimation across teams.

Support development and execution of Risk & Compliance assurance methodology and annual assurance plan. Perform risk assessments, controls testing, thematic reviews and investigations. Use stakeholder engagement, data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify risks, produce high-quality reports and management information, validate findings with business owners, and support remediation and continuous improvement of assurance processes.

Design, develop, and deliver back-end, distributed, real-time systems using .NET/C#. Own feature delivery throughout the SDLC, champion engineering best practices, collaborate with QA and architects, use CI/CD and cloud (AWS), mentor junior engineers, and evaluate technologies including AI-enabled tools to ensure scalable, resilient production systems.
