Supports fixed income and cash equity settlements by matching trades, resolving exceptions, validating amendments, performing reconciliations, monitoring residual balances, and responding to broker queries. The role also supports corporate actions, stock loan processing, audits, regulatory changes, technology testing, and settlement-related projects. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills in a fast-paced financial markets environment.

Manage client lifecycle onboarding for low-, medium-, and high-risk clients, completing KYC, AML, due diligence, screening, and negative media investigations. Ensure processes meet service levels, escalate risks to compliance, manage team inquiries, and coordinate with operations and front-office stakeholders. Support process transitions, train junior colleagues, oversee work quality, improve onboarding times, and contribute to risk controls and process enhancements in a financial markets environment.

Supports technology and business change projects across energy and commodities systems. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, leading workshops, analyzing issues, tracking risks and dependencies, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders, supporting project managers, resolving operational queries, and helping maintain service levels. The role requires financial services technology business analysis experience, strong communication and organization, and familiarity with commodity markets, trade lifecycles, Agile methods, messaging protocols, and SQL.
