Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
The Annex IV Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of Annex IV regulatory reporting across the client base. Acting as the subject matter expert (SME), this role ensures the accuracy, quality and timeliness of reporting in line with AIFMD requirements and the role combines operational delivery with oversight responsibilities, including supporting team members, managing complex reporting matters, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Annex IV Reporting Specialist will play a key role in implementing and enhancing a technology-enabled, scalable reporting model, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
- You'll oversee the end‑to‑end Annex IV reporting lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely submissions that comply with AIFMD requirements and internal control frameworks.
- You'll act as the escalation point for complex reporting issues, applying strong technical expertise, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to deliver effective resolutions.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and a consistently high standard of service delivery.
- You'll support, guide, and develop team members through coaching and knowledge sharing, while monitoring workflows, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining delivery quality.
- You'll drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, performing root cause analysis, implementing automation solutions, and adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.

About You
- You have 3+ years of experience in AIFMD Annex IV or similar regulatory or financial reporting roles, demonstrating strong domain expertise.
- You possess a strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks, controls, and compliance requirements.
- You bring experience in an operational oversight or subject matter expert (SME) capacity, with the ability to guide processes and resolve issues.
- You are familiar with regulatory reporting systems, workflow tools, or technology-enabled reporting processes.
- You combine technical knowledge with practical experience to support efficient, controlled, and high-quality reporting delivery.
