Lead depositary oversight for a portfolio of investment funds, manage client relationships and a team, ensure regulatory compliance across asset verification, cash monitoring and oversight, coordinate with Compliance and third parties, and drive high-quality onboarding, reporting and operational issue resolution.

Manage a portfolio of depositary clients performing asset verification, cash monitoring, and AIFMD compliance oversight. Provide escalation support, lead daily priorities, drive process improvements, and liaise with clients and business areas to ensure controls and reporting deadlines are met.

Lead and enhance the Group Financial Crime Compliance programme, developing policies, BRAs, risk registers, client screening tools, training, regulatory horizon scanning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong global anti-financial crime controls and adherence to evolving laws and best practices.

Manage day-to-day accounting for private equity or real estate clients, review financial statements and investor drawdown/distribution calculations, ensure accurate cash movement communication, agree timetables and oversee completion of client deliverables, and support/mentor junior team members.

Manage end-to-end Annex IV (AIFMD) regulatory reporting: ensure accurate, timely submissions, resolve complex reporting issues, oversee delivery quality, coach team members, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation for a scalable reporting model.
