Manages day-to-day relationships with private equity, real estate, credit, and debt fund clients. Reviews financial statements and fund accounting activities, oversees investor drawdowns and distributions, coordinates client deliverables, ensures reporting and regulatory compliance, resolves issues, and mentors junior team members. The role requires strong accounting expertise, client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and intermediate Excel skills.

Complete AML/KYC onboarding and periodic reviews, including CDD, screening, risk assessments, and source-of-funds checks. Prepare reports, manage client deliverables, perform quality checks, guide junior staff, escalate risks and errors, and support AML reporting and team initiatives. Serve as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Own the strategic development and roadmap of the Yardi platform, with emphasis on client onboarding, migrations, solution design, and enhancements. Lead requirements gathering, business cases, procurement, implementation, testing, training, and transitions. Serve as a Yardi subject matter expert, partnering with global stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions, manage risks, support sales conversations, and continuously improve platform capabilities and processes.
