Lead and enhance the Group Financial Crime Compliance programme, developing policies, BRAs, risk registers, client screening tools, training, regulatory horizon scanning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strong global anti-financial crime controls and adherence to evolving laws and best practices.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for fund clients, manage fund accounting and cash movements, review financial statements and investor calculations, ensure compliance with reporting standards, coordinate client deliverables, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements and strong stakeholder relationships.
