- Support AP department with standard AP duties - invoice processing and associated reconciliations and manage 3-way match process.
- Provide a first line analysis of data from financial sources to establish integrity, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies.
- Ensure all month end deadlines are met in relation to source transactional information.
- Liaise with Finance Analysts and functional contacts to provide a service to coordinate understanding of financial data as represented in the published results.
- Continue to drive towards improved reporting by introducing efficiencies into relevant processes.
- Maintain associated SOX controls.
- Support external audits as required.
- Participate in the development and continual improvement of all management information systems and preparation for future new systems.
Candidate Requirements:

- Be able to communicate and influence effectively.
