Your Role 

The Internal Account Manager is responsible for developing and growing business with Bronze and other selected customer accounts through effective relationship management, range selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing strategies. This role focuses on remote sales activity, opportunity development, and proactive account management to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and grow business with Bronze and other designated customer accounts through effective account management and sales strategies.

  • Maximise revenue through range selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing initiatives.

  • Execute end-to-end remote sales activity, including preparing proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders, negotiating terms, closing deals, and responding to RFQs.

  • Identify high-potential accounts and develop targeted strategies to convert prospects into active customers.

  • Proactively identify, prioritise, and contact new and existing prospects to generate growth opportunities.

  • Manage customer-related initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.

  • Complete all required sales activity reporting and documentation in line with internal processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial and sales acumen

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven experience in account management or internal sales

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

  • Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

  • Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused approach
