Your Impact:
At clearer.io, sales isn’t about pushing products — it’s about helping eCommerce brands discover smarter ways to grow. Based in London, as Account Executive, you’ll own your pipeline end to end-be be directly responsible for outbound, network-led, and ecosystem-driven prospecting.

The Account Executive is responsible for consistent new business acquisition and self-generated pipeline growth. You’ll guide merchants and partners through their decision-making journey, helping them understand where they can unlock more value, improve performance, and build trust with their customers. You’ll own opportunities end-to-end, combining commercial insight with a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. This role suits an experienced sales professional who already knows the UK eCommerce landscape and is ready to make an immediate impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and own your pipeline end-to-end, creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, ecosystem partnerships (agencies, Shopify), events, and your UK eCommerce network, from first outreach to contract signature.
  • Run discovery-led conversations that uncover real commercial challenges — not just surface-level requirements.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that clearly show how clearer.io apps improve conversion, trust, and customer experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, marketers, and eCommerce leaders.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer teams to create a smooth, joined-up experience for customers.
  • Keep your pipeline organised, visible, and accurately forecasted.
  • Represent clearer.io confidently at events, meetings, and within the wider Shopify ecosystem.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, within eCommerce, or the Shopify ecosystem.
  • An experienced sales professional with an existing UK-based network, including eCommerce brands, agencies, or technology partners.
  • Strong experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, such as selling to Shopify merchants, working with Shopify-focused agencies, or selling Shopify-integrated SaaS solutions.
  • A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • A consultative, customer-first sales approach — you ask great questions and listen carefully.
  • Confidence running discovery calls, product demos, and commercial discussions.
  • Clear, human communication style — able to explain value without jargon.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable owning your territory.
