Owns regional partner program strategy and execution, including roadmap development, program design, launches, adoption, performance improvement, and scalable global playbooks. Partners with channel, sales, and global program leaders to prioritize opportunities, develop partner offers, influence executives, resolve cross-functional issues, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires expertise in partner ecosystems, routes to market, commercial models, AI-enabled tools, and complex B2B technology environments.

Present and demonstrate the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective enterprise customers. Gather technical requirements, translate business goals into relevant recommendations, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout customer transformation journeys. Collaborate with sales to qualify and scope opportunities, deliver presentations, demos, proof-of-concept engagements, and communicate the value of security, SASE, AI-driven, and cloud solutions.

Lead field-facing AI security strategy for enterprise customers by designing secure LLM/RAG architectures, delivering demos and POVs, advising on data protection and unsanctioned AI usage, and scaling enablement and product feedback across sales, product, and engineering teams.
