Build scalable backend systems, data pipelines, APIs, and services for Zscaler’s Threat Intelligence team. Process and index large volumes of threat data, improve performance and engineering practices, and collaborate with malware reverse engineering teams to enhance threat detection. The role requires Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, distributed systems, REST APIs, SQL optimization, and backend database expertise, with preferred experience in AI/LLM workflows, malware automation, Django, Kubernetes, and search engines.

Present Zscaler’s cloud security platform to prospective customers, translate technical goals into recommendations, gather requirements, and deliver presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical guidance. Partner with sales as a trusted advisor while supporting customer transformation initiatives. The role requires deep enterprise network or cloud security knowledge, value-selling expertise, AI/ML understanding, and experience with cybersecurity platforms and technologies such as SASE, DLP, CASB, and CNAPP.
