Establish action plans, communication cadences, stakeholder roles, and resolution milestones. Lead risk mitigation, post-mortems, lessons-learned reviews, and preventive action tracking. Identify recurring escalation themes and drive improvements in products, processes, communication, and operational readiness while maintaining customer trust during high-pressure situations.

Present and demonstrate the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective enterprise customers. Gather technical requirements, translate business goals into relevant recommendations, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout customer transformation journeys. Collaborate with sales to qualify and scope opportunities, deliver presentations, demos, proof-of-concept engagements, and communicate the value of security, SASE, AI-driven, and cloud solutions.

Lead field-facing AI security strategy for enterprise customers by designing secure LLM/RAG architectures, delivering demos and POVs, advising on data protection and unsanctioned AI usage, and scaling enablement and product feedback across sales, product, and engineering teams.
