Brief central performance teams, draft German and English press materials, build Tier‑1 media network, and report to the GM of International Growth.

Own execution of international and retail launches: coordinate inbound logistics, translate retail routing requirements, manage cross-border shipments and customs, maintain inventory and 3PL portal accuracy, support supplier onboarding, and create repeatable playbooks for market expansion.

Edit and produce high-performing paid social video ads for consumer products (Daily30, Gut Health Bar) using Premiere and After Effects. Create multiple creative variants, apply data-driven improvements, build scalable workflows, contribute creative concepts, and occasionally capture new footage. Collaborate with User Acquisition, Creative Strategists, designers and copywriters to deliver conversion-focused assets across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms.
