Own the end-to-end delivery of iOS identity and onboarding experiences, from technical design through production monitoring. Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, and system-to-system automations for People team workflows. The role connects HRIS, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and other systems while incorporating data flows, policy context, governance controls, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, monitoring, and evaluation. The engineer will independently deliver an established automation backlog during a six-month contract, collaborate with People Leadership and IT, handle sensitive employee data responsibly, and communicate technical progress clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Own the lifecycle marketing program for WorldRemit and Sendwave, covering onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell. Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns in CRM platforms using behavioral segmentation, personalization, testing, and triggered journeys. Partner with Data, Engineering, Product, Brand, Finance, and Compliance while measuring incremental transactions, revenue, costs, margin, and retention. Lead promotional activity and serve as the internal CRM platform expert.
