Support development and continuous improvement of data products for electricity transmission network planning and operations. Define roadmaps, manage backlogs, gather requirements, validate data quality and lineage, collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, enable analytics and governance, and measure product performance and adoption.

Serve as a functional Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform engagements: gather and document requirements, run workshops, create user stories and process maps, support solution design, coordinate UAT, and drive adoption and process improvements across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service areas using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse in Agile teams.

Lead delivery of large, complex lending client projects across scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk. Manage global multidisciplinary teams, own budgeting, forecasting, change control, stakeholder communications, PM tooling, and onsite representation. Drive process improvements and ensure contractual delivery.
