Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers through retention, upselling, and cross-selling digital marketing solutions. Review campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, recommend strategies, and develop account growth plans. Build long-term client relationships, maintain CRM records, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with service, fulfillment, and sales teams to deliver successful campaigns.
