Use client health analytics to identify churn and growth opportunities, develop onboarding playbooks, mentor consultants, and translate client feedback into product and process improvements.

Drive new business growth by selling AI, data, analytics, and agent-based SaaS products to mid-market retail, consumer goods, travel, and hospitality companies. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, managing high-volume sales cycles, conducting discovery calls and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, maintaining CRM pipelines, forecasting revenue, collaborating on onboarding handoffs, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
